Second Mass Lecture Day
After knowing that I got into SM04 which is CMP, I decided to chnage my subject combinations again. Because, Mrs Gan advised me not to take H2 Physics and also Miss Wee said that it is not advisable to take 2H2 Sciences if I am a combined science student. I have a talk with the teacher in charge, Mr Subash. He gave a chance which no other JJC-ian get, a third choice. He shared with me that I was the only person who chose the 4H2 class and by looking at my results, he commented that I am also not suitable to take such combination. So I decided to switch to SM06, CME-P. He added in that that was the last slot and I will confirm get in. Ok, I got to accept that offer and ADAPT to it. Due to the conference I had with Mr Subash, I was late for GP lecture. Wow, the lecture hall was overcrowded. The lecturer shared some interesting facts with us in an interesting manner. As in, he trys to crack jokes inside what he says. This sorts of motivates me to like the subject. It sounds very facinating. But I was only not happy with the 1200 word comprehension part. haha I WILL GET OVER WITH THAT!!! Had a long break in between the next lecture, Economics. Had PE.
Economics sounds very professional. Its a social science. Which means it is a study about the huan behaviour and how the market system works in the world. WOW cool right? The teachers are hyper in teaching and I got to know about the differences between a physical science like chmistry and physics and a social science. Today I learnt a new latin word, Ceteris Paribus. Which means assuming every other variables stays constant.
Went back to Tiong after school with Pei Ying because Evelyn going Tampines. Walked around with pei Ying at tiong and when we are about to go off, we met Cheong Leong and Michelle together with Kelvin, Lynette and Dixon who is working at Mei Zhen Xiang. Walked down with Dixon and saw Justin Koe there also. Later on my way back home, met Kui Hong at the road junction and she told me that she is going SP studying Business? Should be If I am not wrong.
3rd Day of Lecture.
Kicked start the day off with a hilarious chinese lesson. The teacher was very creative in using words that have similar sounds to form a joke out of it. I still remember one of her jokes, its about the author's name Jia Ping Ao, She said that he might have a brother or sister called Jia Xie Tu LOL!!! She is definitely a cool oneXD! She went through the syllabus and my jaws were like dropping as H1 Chinese is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from O levels. GOSH, no more letter writting and newspaper reports. 4Marks MCQ and much more. Asked her about Paper one format, she told me not to worry to much. She answered, if you have the brains to ask this question, you should be of a higher calibre student. Oh~ sound so great after being praisedXD. But this feeling din't maintain long.
